Ansvarsområden

  • Manage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing)
  • Allocate tasks and monitor associate productivity
  • Ensure quality checks and minimize defects
  • Follow and enforce SOP compliance
  • Track and report daily performance metrics (KPI)
  • Coordinate with Area Managers for smooth operations
  • Resolve on-floor issues and ensure timely dispatch

Krav

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in problem solving and identifying problems using metrics and data
