Ansvarsområden

- Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality and safety
- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
- Stand-in for Team Lead/Area Manager
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Work requires the leader to go where value is being created in the operations which involve walking and standing
Krav
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
