Ericsson is seeking an experienced Problem Manager for their IP Core and Mobile Packet Backbone Network domain in Noida, India. The role involves leading end-to-end problem management, root cause analysis, and driving service improvements to enhance network stability and availability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own end-to-end problem management lifecycle from incident analysis to resolution.
  • Identify root causes of problems and implement lasting fixes.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Vendors, and Customers.
  • Monitor trends and drive efficiency initiatives for service improvement.
  • Maintain problem records and best practices for documentation and knowledge management.

Krav

  • Solid knowledge of IP/MPLS networking fundamentals (routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS).
  • Experience with Mobile Packet Backbone Network operations.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and fault management systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Problem Management processes.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Scripting/automation skills (Python, Shell, Ansible) are a bonus.
  • 10+ years in telecom/IP network operations.
  • Experience in a 24x7 environment (NOC or Managed Services).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certifications preferred.
  • CCNP/CCIE certifications preferred.
