Amazon is looking for a Privacy Industry Specialist to join the WW Ops Privacy team in Karnataka, India. This role focuses on managing privacy for Amazon's Operations organization, ensuring customer trust and data protection. Responsibilities include supporting privacy programs, conducting reviews for applications and AI compliance, and managing multiple projects.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support privacy awareness, communications and content creation for Ops Privacy Services.
  • Support the overall development and maturation of the Ops Privacy Services Program.
  • Support holistic privacy reviews for new and existing applications in Ops.
  • Support AI compliance review activities, including intake assessments and use case evaluations for AI-enabled applications across Ops.
  • Maintain an understanding of privacy regulatory and industry developments.
  • Perform operational deep dives on privacy-related processes and systems.
  • Identify, gather, track, and report metrics.
  • Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Krav

  • 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience interacting with local food safety regulators

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
