Tetra Pak is seeking a Printing Operator for a 12-hour overnight shift in Denton, Texas. Responsibilities include operating printing press sections, ensuring product quality within specifications, and adhering to safety and food safety standards. Prior manufacturing machine operation experience and a High School Diploma or GED are preferred.
Ansvarsområden
- Perform Unwind operation, Ink operation and Floater operation to produce quality product safely and efficiently.
- Understand quality standards and perform basic quality inspections, maintaining logs and reporting anomalies.
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) teams and activities to eradicate process losses.
- Comply with safety policies, food safety standards (BRC, GMP), and participate in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) teams.
- Prevent waste generation by following procedures and continuously improving processes with a zero loss mindset.
Krav
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred
- Basic machine maintenance skills
- Quality inspection and machine systems handling
- Intermediate computer skills
- Dependability and reliability
- Basic math skills
- Basic reading comprehension
- Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures and World Class Manufacturing processes.
