Synopsys is seeking a Principal Project Engineering Manager to lead UCIe project delivery in Canada. This remote role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a strong understanding of SOC life cycle and proven project management experience. Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Represent R&D on customer relationships, track execution to plan, and align with senior leadership on mitigation and escalation management.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Krav

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Understanding of SOC life cycle from concept to tape-out.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
