ASIN Productivity is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the end-to-end program strategy for ASIN Productivity. This role involves influencing multiple VP organizations, aligning long-term investments, establishing operating mechanisms, and driving adoption across partner teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating with senior leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define long-term vision and roadmap for ASIN Productivity across Selection, Buyability, Speed, and Pricing.
  • Drive yearly OP planning, 3YP planning, and investment narratives.
  • Identify the highest ROI opportunities across worldwide stores.
  • Influence multiple VP organizations to adopt ASIN Productivity.
  • Align priorities across Retail, Tech, Science, Finance, Category, and Operations teams.
  • Resolve competing priorities and establish clear ownership models.
  • Build and run WBR, MBR, and QBR mechanisms.
  • Define success metrics, business reviews, and executive scorecards.
  • Translate business opportunities into scalable programs.
  • Prioritize partner investments based on customer and business impact.
  • Remove execution bottlenecks across organizations.
  • Own the governance across the entire ASIN lifecycle: Detect defects, Prioritize fixes, Route ownership, Track execution, Validate resolution, Measure business outcomes.
  • Expand ASIN Productivity beyond current pilot cohorts.
  • Drive partner pull through reusable frameworks and governance.

Krav

  • 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
