Microsoft Foundry is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead their AI-first application stack's enterprise security and governance strategy. This role involves defining roadmaps, driving cross-organizational execution, and delivering secure AI capabilities for enterprise adoption, with a focus on regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, expertise in enterprise security, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Own Foundry’s enterprise security and governance strategy and roadmap, proactively identifying readiness gaps and prioritizing investments.
- Define the end-to-end enterprise promise across Foundry models, agents, and platform capabilities.
- Drive cross-organizational execution across engineering, security, compliance, identity, governance, field, and feature teams.
- Translate enterprise needs and telemetry signals into systemic product improvements.
- Deliver security capabilities for regulated and government cloud environments.
- Represent Microsoft externally with chief information security offices (CISOs), security advisory boards, and industry analysts.
- Promote agility and learning, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollar revenue products, ideally in the AI/ML security platform domain.
- Experience defining product strategy in enterprise security, threat detection, security posture management, identity, or data governance.
- Deep fluency with enterprise security and governance domains, ideally including endpoint, identity, and data-protection technologies.
- Experience engaging externally with security buyers (CISOs), industry analysts, and ecosystem partners.
- Product led growth focus with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias for action.
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year.
- Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
