Ansvarsområden
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SmartHub, Amazon Smart Commerce's multi-channel operations platform.
- Define how AI and agentic experiences can transform commerce operations, moving towards intelligent systems.
- Reimagine high-frequency seller workflows like order processing, inventory management, and pricing.
- Lead horizontal product capabilities such as pricing across SmartHub and the broader Smart Commerce portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of sellers and their operational needs.
- Identify high-value problems and translate them into scalable product experiences.
- Partner with engineering, science, and UX teams on complex platform and AI problems.
- Define and drive adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, seller experience, and business impact metrics.
- Build integrations and capabilities for seamless operation across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Influence senior leaders and partner teams on long-term product and technology direction.
- Raise the product management bar through strong product judgment, first-principles thinking, and mentorship.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in technical product management
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
