Amazon is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive growth within Retail Business Services by enhancing customer experience through innovative shopping solutions. The role involves deep customer understanding, leading product strategy, and collaborating with tech teams and stakeholders to deliver complex business initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

  • Focus on improving Amazon WW topline by improving CX for customers.
  • Innovate in agentic/conversational shopping, customer segmentation, persona development, and cohort-level personalization.
  • Build 0-to-1 capabilities to identify intent and unmet needs before customers articulate them.
  • Lead CX and UX benchmark studies, Customer Surveys and research, and Market research.
  • Lead product mechanisms to understand customer needs, identify CX defects, and work with Tech teams to scale solutions.
  • Lead use case launches for products and drive integration with partner teams.
  • Communicate complex problems and proposed solutions clearly.
  • Align teams towards clear priorities and advocate for investment.
  • Collaborate across VP-level organizations on shared business priorities.

Krav

  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
