Microsoft is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Data Integration team within the Azure Data engineering group. This role involves defining data integration capabilities and experiences, working closely with customers and partners to drive product improvements, and contributing to Microsoft's mission of building the data platform for the age of AI. The position emphasizes analysis of market signals, go-to-market strategies, product definition, development, and performance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead cross-team problem-solving with Microsoft ecosystem insights.
  • Guide the use of AI analysis to spot trends, assess market fit, and validate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features and address issues.
  • Manage partnerships, contract negotiations, and leverage AI for customer insights.
  • Promote features to stakeholders and partners, support content creation, and educate on new offerings.
  • Identify investment opportunities, set roadmaps, track metrics, and ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Define vision and strategy, write product strategy documents, and build consensus for AI-first product direction.
  • Lead feature definition, design collaboration, and AI-first concept development.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, security, and gather feedback.
  • Own the roadmap, manage priorities, adapt to customer needs, and ensure ethical AI standards.
  • Collect and analyze KPIs, set metrics for features, and act to improve products.
  • Build customer relationships and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
