Amazon Customer Service is seeking a Principal Product Manager to redefine the Associate Workspace. This role will develop the long-term vision and strategy for a simplified, personalized, and engaging daily experience for Customer Service Associates, leveraging AI and other technologies.
Ansvarsområden
- Define the long-term vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the day-to-day associate experience.
- Identify key problems and opportunities by working directly with associates and Operations.
- Develop a coherent experience covering work/schedule management, communications, performance visibility, recognition, community, engagement, and interaction.
- Create new ways to make work engaging through recognition, team experiences, and gamification.
- Define how associate context and personalization should shape surfaced information and actions.
- Establish product principles and architecture to unify capabilities from multiple organizations.
- Define how AI can simplify the associate experience, reduce cognitive load, and increase proactivity/personalization.
- Partner with senior Engineering and UX leaders on product and technical choices for incremental value delivery.
- Influence cross-organizational roadmaps, priorities, and ownership for the desired experience.
- Define success measures beyond adoption to assess tool effectiveness, friction, cognitive load, effort, engagement, and associate experience, linking to operational outcomes.
- Influence senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Science, Operations, and partner organizations to align on and deliver a common associate experience.
Krav
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
