Key technical skills include managed services, cloud technologies, and FinOps.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop and design robust infrastructure solutions aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Development Executives to drive pre-sales engagements.
- Own and drive the RFP process, including due diligence, solution presentation, pricing, and proposal submission.
- Participate in deep technical discussions with customers, showcasing presentation and articulation skills.
- Demonstrate HCL Datacenter and Cloud capabilities.
- Showcase architectural best practices to solve client problems and articulate future infrastructure roadmaps.
- Define and implement infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify potential infrastructure risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain cutting-edge infrastructure.
- Create detailed documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFIs with comprehensive infrastructure solutions and technical details.
Krav
- Proven experience in responding to RFP/RFIs.
- Experience in solution creation.
- Experience in client interactions and presentations.
- Experience in pricing.
- Experience in business case analysis.
- Experience in deal lifecycle management.
- Key expertise in managed services, servers/storage/backup modernization, hyper-converged infrastructure, software-defined DC, private/public cloud automation, cloud assessment, cloud migration and transformation, cloud operations, FinOps.
- Good understanding of PaaS and containers.
- Good presentation/articulation skills for deep technical discussions with customers.
