We are seeking a senior Apps & Infrastructure SME to join our presales team as a Team Lead in Noida. This role involves designing end-to-end technical solutions, leading client discovery, and crafting compelling proposals across hybrid/multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong presales experience and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide architectural leadership by designing and validating complex solution proposals using cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and integration frameworks.
- Lead technical workshops and product demonstrations utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Salesforce.
- Oversee the development of technical RFP responses and presentations by leveraging solution design tools.
- Guide the team in tailoring solution architectures with advanced proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., microservices, data analytics platforms, API management).
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, delivery, and product teams.
- Mentor presales staff in applying best practices in technical sales, solution positioning, and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all presales documents and client-facing materials.

- Senior Apps & Infrastructure SME expertise
- Deep expertise across application architectures (modernization, migration, DevOps)
- Deep expertise across infrastructure (cloud, data center, networking, security)
- Strong presales/pre-sales solutioning exposure
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience spanning both application and infrastructure domains
- Ability to design end-to-end technical solutions
- Ability to lead client discovery discussions
- Ability to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures
- Ability to act as technical authority in client-facing engagements
- Ability to run solutioning workshops
- Ability to validate feasibility
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical designs across hybrid/multi-cloud environments
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), infra tools, and application frameworks are a plus.
