HCLTech is seeking a Presales Team Lead in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves acting as a technology evangelist and platform owner for D365, Salesforce, SAP, Data Analytics, ERS, and DPO. The candidate will define technology vision, create best practices, and lead AI/AI-Ops innovation for enterprise platforms.

Ansvarsområden

Act as an authoritative representative of D365/Salesforce/SAP/Data Analytics/ERS/DPO platforms, defining and evangelizing technology vision, reference architectures, and best practices.
Create and curate industry-aligned best practices, implementation patterns, and experience blueprints focusing on usability, performance, security, and long-term value.
Lead the definition of future AI-led and AI-Ops propositions, including intelligent automation, autonomous operations, predictive insights, copilots, and agentic workflows.
Shape the end-to-end technology implementation experience from onboarding to optimization, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and differentiated outcomes.
Represent the technology vision for D365/Salesforce/SAP/Data Analytics/ERS/DPO, acting as the go-to person for platform capabilities, constraints, and best-fit patterns.
Translate business needs into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.

Krav

Enthusiastic self-starter, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude.
Proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital techniques and technologies.
Cross-functional experience of Infrastructure services and Application Services to articulate interdependencies for a holistic solution.
Deep experience of one of the following: D365/Salesforce/SAP/Data Analytics/ERS/DPO.
