Seco Tools is seeking a Pre-Grinding Operator for their round tools facility in Reynoldsville, PA. The role involves preparing raw materials for manufacturing, operating and troubleshooting machinery, and performing quality inspections. Ideal candidates have medium to low volume manufacturing experience and strong analytical skills.

Ansvarsområden

Set up and prepare departmental machinery according to operating manuals.
Load/unload fixturings/packaging and make adjustments for optimal equipment functioning.
Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Assess machine operations to determine potential equipment failures.
Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to resolve problems.
Interpret drawings and follow routings.
Perform all inspections according to requirements and protocol.
Maintain product specifications using appropriate inspection equipment.
Perform routine operator maintenance.
Complete job-related documentation and shop floor data collection accurately.
Adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System.
Assist with training of additional employees when requested.
Operate machinery for marking (etching) and cleaning.
Perform material handling tasks, such as dispatching blanks and materials.

Krav

Direct related work experience.
Medium to low volume manufacturing experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System.
Proper knowledge and use of all required tooling and systems.
Ability to complete all job-related documentation and shop floor data collection accurately.
