Solicitamos: Practicante de Contraloría

Objetivo de la posición: El/La Ing. practicante de contraloría es responsable del apoyo y soporte financiero al área de contraloría Industrial de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos de Grupo Volvo y a las leyes y procedimientos locales para proporcionar información fehaciente, veraz y oportuna para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en contaduría pública, finanzas, actuaría o afín. Titulado
• Experiencia: 06 meses – 1 año en contabilidad de costos y/o general, control de inventarios, conciliaciones financieras, etc.
• Idioma: Inglés Avanzado

Actividades:

• Asegurar la actualización de los costos estándar de materiales, producción en proceso y producto terminado que se integra al inventario.
• Soportar y apoyar al área industrial en el análisis y seguimiento del costo industrial y gastos.
• Soporte para el correcto registro de las inversiones realizadas por el área Industrial.
• Soporte con la información necesaria para el cálculo mensual de horas por autobús.
• Atención a la entrega de soportes para la Auditoría externa
• Preparar Manuales e Instrucciones para él área.
• Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización.
• Participar en las actividades de mejora continua a través de los programas institucionales de Desarrollo Organizacional y VPS (Sistema de Producción de Volvo) con el fin de optimizar los recursos para conseguir beneficios e ingresos para el negocio, donde aplique.
• Recopilar información para el KARDEX de producción en proceso, así como el reporte semanal del inventario general.
• Revisiones quincenales del material considerado a SCRAP por el área de producción y calidad.
• Soporte en la recolección de la información para el INEGI.
• Asegurar el cuadre intercompañia con chasis de Boräs y Brasil.
• Revisar el cuadre de facturas por conceptos de fletes y agentes aduanales.
• Control en los movimientos de materiales en el inventario mensual.
• Relación con las variaciones del costo de materiales mensual.
