Ansvarsområden

  • Deploy and lead the quality strategy for a local organizational unit.
  • Drive the local quality system through prevention, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate local functions impacting quality results to achieve targets and world-class performance.
  • Ensure necessary certification requirements are met.
  • Oversee the quality control system from the production line to product shipment.
  • Ensure product reliability and achieve closed-loop management of process quality data.
  • Use inspection results to drive process improvements and reduce the cost of poor quality.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve key production processes.
  • Utilize quality tools such as SPC and promote root cause analysis for production abnormalities.
  • Establish and refine the process quality control plan.
  • Drive operational departments to respond to quality anomalies and verify improvement effectiveness.

Krav

  • Over 5 years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in process quality management, on-site production quality improvement, SPC, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
