ABB is seeking recent graduates for the Power U trainee program in Finance. This program offers a 12-18 month rotational experience across multiple departments and locations, focusing on financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization with mentorship and development opportunities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Participate in the 12-18 month Power U talent development program with systematic training and rotations.
  • Assist in analyzing discrepancies between actual business performance and plans, proposing improvements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance drivers and identify market trends.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, business plans, budgets, and forecasts, focusing on product/business line profitability, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Build financial models to analyze various hypothetical scenarios and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports through reconciliation and exception review.
  • Consolidate data, create reports and presentations, and provide analytical recommendations to management.
  • Implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive work and optimize work efficiency.
  • Execute internal controls within the scope of responsibility and maintain audit files.

Krav

  • Master's degree or above (or up to 2 years of work experience) in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong learning agility and growth potential, ambitious, curious, and eager to explore new things.
  • Self-driven and proactive with clear career development goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player spirit.
  • Strong data analysis skills, adept at identifying patterns and issues.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Excel/PPT).
  • Experience with Power Pivot, Python, Eviews, or Tableau for data processing and analysis, and building data models.
