Ansvarsområden

Develop comprehensive plantwide project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and potential impact, and make recommendations to senior management.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage resources and expertise.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation projects using KPIs and metrics.
Work with the Operations team to devise and execute operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Engineering.
Proven Experience in Project Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience with problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience using ERP or manufacturing business systems.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
