Alstom is seeking a full-time Power Platform Technical Specialist in Bangalore to develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The role involves re-engineering legacy applications, integrating Office 365 services, and guiding development teams on best practices in low-code development.

Ansvarsområden

  • Developing and implementing custom solutions leveraging various Office 365 services.
  • Re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
  • Guiding development teams and citizen developers on solution design and technical implementation.
  • Mentoring developers and promoting best practices in low-code development.
  • Integrating Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.
  • Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to meet these needs.
  • Evaluating new Power Platform features, AI capabilities (Copilot), and emerging technologies.
  • Documenting solutions through flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Performing unit and integration testing and meeting agreed completion dates.

Krav

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience or understanding of Power Platform development, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Azure integration services, SharePoint, and Office 365 tools.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
