ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to enhance customer service and supply chain efficiency within the Energy Distribution division. This global, hybrid role focuses on optimizing inventory, leading supply planning using Anaplan and IBP, and driving cross-functional improvements. The specialist will also provide coaching and expertise to planning teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Optimize on-time delivery, lead times, and networking capital in the supply chain.
  • Ensure a flexible and effective supply chain setup driving customer service.
  • Oversee Supply Planning and drive implementation of Anaplan and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Lead cross-unit and cross-functional initiatives to optimize planning and fulfillment.
  • Foster a KAIZEN/Lean Six Sigma mindset and leverage digital tools for efficiency.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to planning teams.

Krav

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge in Inventory & Supply Management, Disposition, Planning & Scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP (PP, MM, (E)WM,)/ S4H.
  • Experience with forecasting tools (e.g. Anaplan) and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Proven ability to lead across teams and functions without formal authority.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Customer-focused, action-oriented, and systematic approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Training or certification in SAP or APICS CSCM / CSCP.
  • Digital awareness and analytical skills.
  • Experience in locating inventory and driving inventory health actions.
