Ansvarsområden

  • Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of services.
  • Identify and report inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Review requirements and specifications.
  • Install and test new versions, and coordinate the resolution of service problems.

Krav

  • Led end-to-end implementation and onboarding of digital solutions.
  • Provided user training and ongoing support, troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborated with sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Leveraged strong technical expertise in Planisware, Linux/Windows servers, PostgreSQL/MS-SQL, IIS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Used scripting (Bash, Planisware) for system optimization and automation.
  • Contributed to product improvement and DevOps practices.
