Ansvarsområden
- Develop new items for Brazilian and Latin American markets.
- Create technical solutions in collaboration with Global R&D and suppliers.
- Create and manage BOM for new products.
- Coordinate and follow up on pilot series assemblies.
- Ensure continuous improvement of technical solutions.
- Engage and communicate with project team members and suppliers.
- Perform tear down of other products for optimization opportunities.
- Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Krav
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production or related area).
- General knowledge about Bill of Materials and R&D documentation.
- General knowledge of Team Center and SAP systems.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work in teams with people from different cultures.
- Openness to discuss other people's ideas.
- Ability to promote cross-collaboration.
- Ability to identify and prioritize important input.
- Ability to follow a logical path in decisions.
