I korthet

As a PHE Mechanic in Greer, SC, you will be responsible for equipment receipt, inspection, repair, testing, and packaging, ensuring adherence to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role requires disassembling PHEs, cleaning, and rebuilding them to new standards, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform equipment receipt, inspection, repair, testing, and packaging.
  • Disassemble PHEs, clean, and rebuild to new standards.
  • Receive, count, verify, label, and store parts.
  • Perform dye penetration inspection process.
  • Clean units, paint if specified, and install new gaskets.
  • Assemble plates for assembly either configuring per specification for plate packs or assembling to frame per drawing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
  • Responsible for shipping, receiving, and distribution of equipment.
  • Participate in daily ALPS meetings.

Krav

  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to use measuring devices (tape measure, depth micrometer).
  • Good hand eye coordination.
  • Flexible, Team Player.
  • Clocking in and out, scanning bar codes, taking photos.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in a manual shop environment preferred.
  • Experience operating fork lift trucks, hand pallet jacks and overhead cranes preferred.
