I korthet

As a PFC Application Engineer, you will provide expert technical support for TESCOM and AGI products, develop custom solutions, and act as a subject matter expert on fluid control valves and regulators. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both Korean and English.

Ansvarsområden

Provide expert technical support on TESCOM and AGI products, assisting customers in selecting, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.
Develop custom solutions and application recommendations based on clients’ operational requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, clarify technical requirements, and present product solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Precision Fluid Control valves and regulators.
Conduct field visits to understand client challenges, perform site assessments, and ensure optimal product integration.
Prepare technical documentation, such as product datasheets, manuals, and installation guides.
Conduct evaluation testing on product designs to determine conformance to the product definition and customer needs.
Work in conjunction with Strategic Business Unit Engineering and Product Marketing.
Assist in the development of new product ideas and appropriate specifications.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for customers.
Develop training materials tailored to the specific needs of the Japan and Korea markets.
Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, either remotely or on-site.
Gather feedback from customers and industry insights to relay to product development teams.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in pressure and fluid control.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
A minimum of three years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or a similar role involving valves and regulators or related industries.
Proven technical expertise in valve and regulator products and applications, with hands-on experience supporting customer implementations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
Good communication skills in both Korean and English.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to commit to the full 18-month fixed-term contract period.
