I korthet

We are seeking a Performance Tester to conduct material and hardness analysis, perform batch testing, and conduct new product performance testing. Responsibilities include data processing, report generation, and equipment management. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field, proficiency in office software and ERP systems, and strong learning and teamwork abilities.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct materials and hardness analysis of raw and semi-finished materials, and routine batch testing of products.
Process data and compile reports.
Perform performance testing for new products.
Complete and maintain traceable inspection records.
Design and procure fixtures for new products, and manage/maintain testing instruments and equipment.
Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and third-party calibration of testing equipment in various labs.
Provide actionable feedback for product improvement.
Assist in the smooth operation of the CNAS management system.

Krav

Diploma or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related fields.
Proficient in office software and ERP systems.
Adherence to professional ethics, with learning ability and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime as required by the job.
