Ericsson is seeking a motivated People Specialist to support People leaders in maintaining diverse, inclusive, and compliant teams. The role involves collaborating on performance management, HRMS data maintenance, system support, and assisting with global/local HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate with People Business Partners on Performance Management documents, development, and compliance.
- Oversee People data and ensure accurate maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), including audits.
- Provide system support, manage termination and rehire/relocation processes, and track compliance metrics.
- Support People Business Partners in implementing global/local programs and special projects.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and perform thorough audits.
- Investigate potential policy violations, assist in remediation, and support policy improvements.
- Manage and facilitate internal relocation requests.
- Engage in various People function projects.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, inclusive of experience as an HR intern.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and the ability to generate reports.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
