Strengthen the People Analytics team by delivering high-quality people data and insights. You will work hands-on with Workday reporting and Prism Analytics, preparing, transforming, and delivering data for analytics solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday HCM and Prism, with a focus on quality, security, and governance.
Ansvarsområden
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Build and maintain data ingestion, transformations, and blended datasets in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Develop reusable datasets and reporting solutions for trusted people data.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and emerging capabilities, including AI.
- Strengthen reporting and data practices through documentation, data quality, security, and governance.
- Ensure solutions are secure, well-governed, and fit for purpose.
Krav
- 5+ years of experience in people data and reporting.
- Workday Report Writer certification, or equivalent knowledge.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Workday reporting solutions.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM, including business objects, data sources, calculated fields, data structures, and reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformation, and blending.
- Experience developing and maintaining Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Strong understanding of how people data is structured, modelled, and prepared for analytical and business use.
- Experience with data modelling, data quality, Workday integrations or APIs, BI solutions, automation, and data products.
- Experience troubleshooting reporting and data issues and working with new Workday capabilities.
