Then you might be the P&C Project Lead we are looking for to strengthen our project execution within P&C in Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI).

AFI is a global leader in improving premium nutrition. We are an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, consisting of around 2000 colleagues globally, with our headquarters in Viby, Aarhus.

You will join our P&C team of 15 colleagues, as part of the Projects & Learning team. We work across learning and leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, internal communication and culture. A key part of our role is to ensure that AFI has the organisational capabilities, structure and insights needed to deliver on our ambitious business strategy.

AFI is on an exciting growth journey, having delivered consistent double-digit growth for more than 25 years. Following Arla Foods' merger with DMK on June 1st, 2026, we are well positioned to accelerate growth and further strengthen our global position.

About the job

As our new P&C Project Leader you will play a central role in shaping the foundation that will enable AFI’s continued growth journey by strengthening our capability to lead and execute cross-functional P&C projects.

You will take lead on P&C workstreams and cross-functional projects in upcoming organisational transitions as well as drive and co‑drive strategic P&C projects. This includes

  • Leading the scoping, planning, execution and implementation of strategic P&C projects, ensuring clear objectives, governance, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Creating structure and momentum across different workstreams by delivering clear priorities, plans, milestones and resource requirements.
  • Driving stakeholder alignment and execution across functions and organisational levels by facilitating collaboration, managing dependencies and ensuring timely follow-through on key decisions and deliverables.
  • Using organisational insights, data and cross‑functional understanding to shape project scopes, guide execution and ensure that initiatives support AFI’s strategic direction.
  • Translating strategic needs into concrete P&C interventions, clarifying priorities, project milestones and resource implications where needed.
  • Strengthening AFI’s P&C agenda by delivering initiatives that build the culture, collaboration and capabilities needed for AFI’s continued growth.

Further, you will support your colleagues in P&C on various projects when needed.

You are a proactive and results-oriented project leader who is motivated by creating momentum and delivering results that make a real difference to the business. You combine strong business understanding with the ability to drive execution, create alignment, and move initiatives forward across stakeholders and organisational levels. At the same time, you have a positive attitude and are a collaborative team player who contributes to the success of the wider team.

We also expect that you

  • bring solid experience from a similar P&C, organisational development or transformation role in a global company, or from management consulting, where you have successfully led complex initiatives and translated strategic ambitions into practical execution.
  • have a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping and planning through implementation, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment, ownership of deliverables and tangible business outcomes.
  • excel at turning ambiguity into action by quickly understanding complex challenges, identifying what matters most and translating this into clear priorities, plans and decisions.
  • are persistent and proactive in driving progress, setting clear expectations and ensuring momentum across stakeholders, workstreams and organisational levels.
  • work in a structured, detail-oriented and proactive manner, balancing operational follow-through with a focus on the bigger picture and long-term strategic goals.

Further you communicate effortlessly in English.
