•Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
•In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.
•In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change
•Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond P&C experience)

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 81,070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
