Volvo Financial Services is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner in Greensboro, NC. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies to enhance performance and engagement. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR practices, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into people strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
  • Use workforce data and business trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues and Centers of Expertise.
  • Ensure People & Culture practices align with company policies and employment laws.
  • Participate in and lead People & Culture projects.
  • Balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR Management or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and coaching leaders.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employment practices.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, consultation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and workforce data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a broader People & Culture team.
