Ericsson is seeking a People Business Partner in Noida, India, to implement HR strategies, leverage people analytics, and manage HR operations. The role requires a Master's degree and 5-8 years of HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the implementation of the People Strategy for the function.
  • Utilize People analytics to analyze data trends and measure HR program effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams on people-related issues.
  • Partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Develop a strong performance culture and manage pay and recognition.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Drive governance on critical people metrics.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Krav

  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel for large data, MS PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 5 years (ranging between 5 to 8 years) of shown experience in HR/People Function.
  • Knowledge of TA, TM, L&D, TR, WFP&A.
  • Excellent articulation and communication skills.
  • Persuading & influencing abilities.
  • Proactive with the ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Positive approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic knowledge in TA, TM, L&D, TR, WFP&A is a must.
  • Ability to make PowerPoint Presentation in a fast-paced environment.
