Ericsson is seeking a People Analytics and AI Intern in Plano, Texas. This hybrid role involves designing AI-powered solutions, building intelligent agents, and analyzing data using Python, SQL, and Power BI to enhance HR decision-making and employee experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and consult on AI-powered solutions using platforms like MS Copilot, Studio, Glean Work AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Snowflake CoWork and Cortex.
  • Build and prototype intelligent agents and workflows to automate analytics, simplify data access, and improve user experience.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new AI and analytics tools to define the future of people analytics.
  • Extract, transform, and model data from sources like Dataflows, Power Query, or Snowflake for analytics and AI solutions.
  • Develop visual stories and dashboards in Power BI to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and analytics teams, bridging technical possibilities with business value.

  • Generative AI Application: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering using foundation LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
  • Data & Visualization: Proficiency with data preparation tools (e.g., Power Query, Dataflows, Snowflake and/or SQL) and skills in building actionable dashboards, preferably in Power BI.
  • Technical Agility: Ability to quickly learn new AI solutions, analytical tools, and technologies.
