Pega Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Pega Engineer with 5 - 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, Constellation UI, case management, and integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC and Constellation architecture
• Build and manage case workflows, decision rules, UI components (including Constellation UI), and integrations
• Develop reusable components and rules leveraging Constellation design principles
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases)
• Perform unit testing

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x)

• Experience with Pega Constellation UI framework (mandatory / highly preferred)

• Hands-on experience in:

• Case Management

• Data Modeling

• Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Trees, Expressions)

• UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Portals / Constellation UI)

• Experience with Pega integrations (REST / SOAP / Connectors / Services)

• Familiarity with SQL / relational databases

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, DevOps pipelines)

Other Requirements

1.Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred.
