Ansvarsområden

  • Manage payroll-related deliveries for the Swedish market.
  • Maintain personnel information in HR systems.
  • Process salary calculations including vacation, sickness, and benefits.
  • Handle salary payments, deductions, social security, taxation, and bookkeeping for Sweden.
  • Provide internal and external reporting and statistics.
  • Contribute to process improvement ideas and knowledge sharing.

Krav

  • Experience from payroll end-to-end deliveries.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, bookings, reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Outgoing & positive team player.
  • Curious and eager to explore new solutions.
  • Attentive to details.
