Alfa Laval is seeking a Parts Solutions Advisor for their Ocean Division in Breda. This hybrid role focuses on inside sales, supporting marine customers with spare parts and services. You will investigate customer needs, manage quotations, and identify upselling opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Investigate customer needs and identify correct parts or products.
  • Promote and sell Alfa Laval marine parts and services.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on transactional quotations.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the service sales team.
  • Support customers throughout the quotation process.
  • Work proactively across teams to optimize sales efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Use CRM and digital tools for pipeline management, follow-up, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with sanctions and export control requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in responsiveness, data quality, and ways of working.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Krav

  • Experience from inside sales or similar customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • High level of digital competence, including Microsoft Office and CRM or sales systems.
  • Strong interest in data, trends, analysis, and digitalization.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Experience or knowledge of the commercial marine or merchant marine industry is an advantage.
  • Technical understanding of marine or industrial equipment is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
