Quincy Compressor is seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator in Alabaster, AL to schedule and support repairs for compressed air equipment, manage parts inventory, and provide customer updates. This role involves customer communication, preparing quotations, and maintaining service files.

Ansvarsområden

  • Schedule and support shop and field service repairs of compressed air equipment.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and customers.
  • Maintain inventory, purchase, and issue parts to service technicians.
  • Receive incoming customer calls and emails to identify, quote, and sell parts and service.
  • Prepare service quotations for Service Manager approval.
  • Coordinate the installation of new compressed air equipment with Sales.
  • Report completed service jobs, inventory turns, and problem areas to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain service and inventory files, including contracts, open orders, and customer history.
  • Prepare shipments of parts, outgoing mail, and overnight mail packages.

Krav

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant mechanical repair experience preferred.
  • Relevant experience with mechanical parts and inventory preferred.
