Ansvarsområden
- Provide efficient after-sales service by identifying, sourcing and selling truck and bus parts.
- Maintain retail displays and highlight current specials.
- Actively market and sell parts to meet business targets.
- Develop and maintain customer base, generating new business.
- Coordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts Services.
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returns.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Perform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and ordering.
- Raise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation.
Krav
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Team player mindset.
- Strong truck parts knowledge, ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to participate in a rotating roster to work Saturday shifts and be on call for parts supply.
