Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive cloud adoption within the Indian Public Sector. This role involves managing key technology and consulting partners, building business and technical relationships, and developing strategies for AWS cloud adoption in government, education, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and technical background with experience in government business development and ecosystem management.
Ansvarsområden
- Serve as a key member of the AISPL Public Sector Team to drive overall business goals.
- Manage multiple APN partners in developing AWS cloud competency and fulfilling government transactions.
- Understand government procurement and contracting processes, including navigating contracting vehicles and RFP procedures.
- Understand legal, compliance, security, and technical considerations specific to the Public Sector.
- Build and execute plans to develop the competency and capabilities of strategic APN partners through technical trainings, business development engagement, and programs.
- Identify specific prospects/partners/channels and communicate the value proposition for their business and use case.
- Develop and manage the pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and liaise with the Legal group.
- Engage with APN partner teams on new partner programs to scale strategic partner engagements in India's state and local government segments.
- Develop strategic relationships with public sector domain partners to ensure AWS adoption and co-develop Go-To-Market plans.
Krav
- Partner, Tech Sales experience.
- Business savvy, government business development, and ecosystem experience.
- Technical background to interact with software developers and architects.
- Ability to think strategically about mission, product, and technical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
- Strong industry experience and demonstrated ability to think and act strategically on government customer mission, industry directions, and partner/customer technical challenges.
- Understanding of government procurement and contracting process.
