Ansvarsområden
- Design, develop, and validate primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions.
- Ensure packaging protects product integrity during manufacturing, storage, and transportation.
- Optimize packaging costs through material selection, standardization, and supplier collaboration.
- Ensure packaging complies with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct packaging trials, tests, and validations.
- Investigate packaging-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with packaging suppliers on specifications, innovation, and performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and R&D.
- Support supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support manufacturing lines with packaging process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Define and maintain packaging BOMs, technical drawings, and specifications in ERP systems.
- Ensure packaging solutions are compatible with equipment and production capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce packaging material usage and environmental footprint.
- Support sustainability initiatives such as recyclable materials, eco-design, and waste reduction.
- Drive standardization and best practices across packaging processes.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of packaging engineering/development experience, preferably in Automotive.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and validation testing.
- Experience with packaging specifications, BOMs, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with quality standards, CAPA, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability and packaging optimization initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
