Tetra Pak is looking for a Package Performance Specialist to support system performance, troubleshoot escalated technical issues, and drive NPI, PD, and PLC activities. The role involves regional and global responsibilities, including technical resolution, competence development, and documentation updates, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Ansvarsområden

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of system performance issues.
Participate in NPI, PD, and PLC activities, including field tests and validation.
Drive and support the development, verification, and implementation of CS, SCS, and PS for Package and PM/AM issues.
Settle packaging material and package performance related claims.
Support and drive education/training programs to improve PPS competence.
Lead the technical resolution of complex escalated issues remotely and/or on-site.
Deliver competence development for regional PPS Specialists.
Support the development and update of technical training material.
Participate in the technical network with regional PPS.
Drive and update necessary documentation from procedures and guidelines.
Participate in customer tests and commercial production.

Krav

At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
Experience at the Gotemba factory or in a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency.
Ownership of one active certificate on prevailing equipment.
Ability to solve escalated issues with low to medium complexity.
Experience in handling low to medium complex projects.
Taking responsibility for NPI with low complexity.
Experience as the main point of contact with customer in technical area, SKAM and Project Manager.
Good combination of technical and informal leadership.
Good networking across markets, region and global team.
Several years of experience within Tetra Pak, preferably including experiences, projects, installations and/or service work, customer management, technical and commercial discussions/negotiations.
Previous position example: Service Engineer A&B with certification or other specialist with certification, Development engineer.
