Alfa Laval is seeking a Product & Application Engineer for a 12-month contract role in Pune. This position is crucial for providing technical solutions, managing the bid preparation process, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Ansvarsområden
- Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of offers and bids in response to customer enquiries.
- Lead and support in the quotation process in a customer project.
- Run virtual meetings, seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services.
- Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
- Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process.
- Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility.
Krav
- Engineering graduate with Mechanical / Chemical background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proactive, Service-minded, strong in customer care and taking quick actions.
