The role involves supporting and maintaining an on-premise OutSystems platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security through various technical responsibilities. This includes L2/L3 support, monitoring, deployments, incident management, and collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Ansvarsområden

Provide L2/L3 support for OutSystems platform issues.
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
Support deployments, releases, hotfixes, and upgrades.
Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Manage certificates, security reviews, and vulnerability remediation.
Work with Infrastructure, DBA, Network, and Security teams.
Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Participate in governance reviews and monthly reporting.

Krav

5-8+ years IT experience
3+ years supporting OutSystems platforms
Experience with production support and platform upgrades, OutSystems Platform Administration (On-Premise)
