As a Global Process Solution Key User for OTC Billing at Volvo Group in Wroclaw, PL, you will support the development and implementation of Order to Cash processes and solutions. This role requires strong accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and related tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support process/solution development, improvements, and implementation.
  • Support end users and ensure full utilization of processes and solutions.
  • Bring business knowledge and requirements from users to developers.
  • Analyze business issues and requests from a process and solution perspective.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize change requests.
  • Participate in and approve user acceptance tests.
  • Identify root causes for process/solution improvements and propose solutions.
  • Review and accept process/solution development proposals.
  • Act as a single point of contact for end-user questions and access requests.
  • Communicate and anchor process/solution improvement proposals.
  • Support the implementation of standard processes and solutions.
  • Define process measurements and identify training needs.
  • Perform process training and provide support to end users.
  • Represent users in user groups and represent Order To Cash in projects.

Krav

  • Minimum 4 years (stated as '2' in text, but contextually likely means minimum of 2 years, with preference for 4+) of professional experience in accounting, strongly preferred in Order to Cash/Billing.
  • High level of business process knowledge, especially in Billing.
  • Very good understanding of related processes and solutions.
  • Very good understanding of process interfaces to other processes.
