As an OT Cybersecurity Manager at Accenture, you will lead end-to-end client engagements, developing strategies and building trusted partnerships. You will provide technical and strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams, focusing on OT and critical infrastructure environments, and contribute to the growth of the practice within the MEA market.

Ansvarsområden

Own end-to-end delivery of OT cybersecurity consulting engagements.
Lead cybersecurity assessments, maturity reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
Develop and present strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
Advise clients on OT cybersecurity strategy, governance, architecture, risk, and operating model design.
Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering, and solution design.
Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Lead executive workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Support and lead proposals, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new cybersecurity services.
Contribute to thought leadership and practice development.

Krav

8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant time spent in consulting or professional services.
Proven track record leading cybersecurity consulting engagements and managing multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Strong experience across cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and transformation.
Experience leading solution design, engineering, and implementation in complex client environments.
Demonstrated involvement in business development — proposals, client pursuits, or account growth.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards relevant to OT and critical infrastructure (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, IEC 62443).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining delivery quality and client confidence.
Sharp commercial awareness to spot and develop opportunities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Ideally with OT or critical infrastructure exposure.
CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
Preferred industry exposure in Energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
