Ansvarsområden

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Review customer purchase orders, pricing information, contractual requirements, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Monitor order progress from receiving to booking.
  • Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and business commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and other stakeholders regarding order-related issues.
  • Investigate and escalate system, pricing, product, or order discrepancies when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and sharing best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure business continuity and provide backup support as required.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
