This role involves monitoring and tracking order processing activities, assisting with product releases for special transactions, and handling customer inquiries. The position requires proficiency in ERP systems, knowledge of order management, logistics, invoicing, and customer service, along with an understanding of tax and fiscal regulations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor and track order processing activities, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Request customer credit evaluations from the Finance Department.
  • Assist with releasing products for demonstrations, special projects, and temporary shipments.
  • Follow up with the Shipping Department for timely equipment dispatch.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, invoices, and order status.
  • Create and maintain customer records, including new registrations and updates.
  • Inform sales channels about equipment availability and inventory.
  • Participate in meetings with Tax and Fiscal teams to support sales channels on tax requirements.

Krav

  • Solid understanding of Tax and Fiscal regulations relevant to sales and order processing.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Practical knowledge of Order Management principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with logistics, invoicing processes, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in sales support and administrative functions.
