I korthet

We are looking for an Order Planning and Logistics Specialist to manage the full order delivery process for new Renault Trucks. This role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, managing the order lifecycle, handling all necessary documentation, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in logistics or a related field, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong Excel proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the order lifecycle from down payment to production start.
  • Update the production program.
  • Issue invoices, delivery, and registration documents in accordance with country-specific legal rules.
  • Ensure the transportation of trucks from the factory/bodybuilder follows agreed delivery terms and inform sales staff.
  • Communicate delivery dates, changes, and delays.
  • Arrange license plates, insurance, and certificates.
  • Identify process improvements.
  • Create purchase and sales contracts.
  • Support sales representatives with regular reports and documentation.
  • Support the Sales manager with monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Krav

  • 3+ years' experience in logistics, order management, sales admin, or supply chain.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable handling challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • English communication skills, minimum B2 level required.
  • Strong Excel skills.
