ABB is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Pinetops, NC, to provide customer service, technical support, and manage order/payment-related assistance and claims. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, and claims management.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.
  • Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
  • Coordinate directly with scheduling, operations, quality, and shipping to ensure that the orders are completed and ship on time.
  • Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice).

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience, or associates with 8 years and HS with 10 years; or alternately a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments in customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft outlook.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Strong knowledge of ABB systems, SPINE, SAP, SOM, would be a plus.
  • Operates in a fast-paced environment where critical decisions must be made quickly, and teamwork is essential.
  • This role does not include relocation.
